Tempo/Tango... You may be wondering why this young man has two names LOL. Well, we named him Tempo, however, just a few months ago we took on an awesome co-owner Susan. Tempo lives with Susan now but we share ownership. Before he went to live with her we were in quite the dilemma because Susan had a dog already named Tempe. Well, obviously that would be just too confusing to have two dogs in the household with almost the same name, so she decided to change his name to Tango. It still fits with his registered name but most of us still think of him as Tempo. So we decided to incorporate both names. Tempo is the happiest, most exuberant, bouncy, Kooiker you will ever meet. He has a non-stop wagging tail and is always up for some type of fun. He is very affectionate and gets along with all dogs, especially his big brother, an intact Labrador Retriever named Bear. Tempo is an insanely beautiful boy and is everything one would want in a Kooikerhondje. He screams Kooiker breed type thru and thru! He always has a sparkle in his eye and a rambunctious fast moving tail. Tempo has just begun his show career and has already done some awesome winnings, He has won the Sporting Group and already has numerous Group Placements in just a handful of shows as a Special. Tempo is a truly an asset to the breed and especially to our Ambermoon breeding program. We absolutely adore this young man and we expect this boy to go to high places in both the show and performance ring. Again solidifying the outstanding quality of our Ambermoon Kooikerhondjes.
Oh where to begin?! Well, Whisper is our Jedi and Junie daughter and is from Jedi's very first litter. Whisper is a very confident girl and nothing really phases her the least. Whisper absolutely LOVES everyone she meets, no exceptions! She will crawl in your lap and easily claim you as her new best friend. Whisper has no real big ambitions in life. Mostly she enjoys hanging with her family and loves it when new people come over so she can snuggle with them on the couch. Whisper has absolutely no concept of giving you personal space and as a bed partner she will leave you hanging off the bed as she has either made her way to lie on top of you or as close as possible leaving you no where to move, expect to fall off the bed. LOL. Whisper also enjoys swimming and barking at the deer in the back yard. Retrieving isn't really her thing but she does love that dip in the pool. Whisper is not a high energy dog but more of a "go with the flow" type of kind a gal. Whisper is a smart girl and does very well in obedience, learning commands easily and is always up for accepting that treat you may offer her. Since this is her last litter our plans for her future is to add more titles to her name. Whisper is just a few points away from attaining her AKC Bronze Grand Championship and we anticipate that happening by late summer. We love our Whisper and are very excited about this pairing with Tempo. We feel it is a wonderful combination that will produce loving, sweet, adorable and very devoted family companions.

What We Expect
Puppies from this litter should be just gorgeous and true to Kooiker breed type and size. We anticipate most puppies to have moderate energy with the possibility of a few with a little more enthusiasm and a crazy zest for life! We expect some to make great agility prospects as well. They should have level heads with high intelligence and biddability. We expect puppies that will do great in all social situations, with an affinity for strangers and friends alike. All puppies are expected to be great with children. Most puppies should have a moderate to low prey drive, so cats and other family pets will make great animal siblings too.
